RETURN and REFUND POLICY:
Note: Defects caused by individual are not guaranteed, such as damage after use, water damage etc.
1. Kindly ensure the decision of purchasing a product is final, as there will be no exchange / no refund if you are not satisfied or have a change of mind on the product that you have just purchased.
2. If you wish to exchange defective or incorrectly shipped products, you can follow the following procedure below:
Bring back the defective item to our retail store(s) located at 64, Jalan Melati 3/1, Bandar Malawati, 45000 Kuala Selangor, and we will check for the eligibility for refund, and proceed accordingly within 7 working days of receiving the item.
Step 1) Email to us within 7 working days – email@example.com
Step 2) Send photos or videos (if possible) of the defective item or the parts together with the consignment note or how is the packaging upon arrival.
Step 3) Return the item to us in Original Packaging.
**We will not be bear the Postage Fee for any return or refund matters.
